You see the design before anything is ordered, and we quote for supply and fitting once the plan is confirmed. The timetable from enquiry to delivery in the Channel Islands is 4-6 week (for single rooms) and typical savings are around 30% compared to local providers.

What does the £199 actually cover?
The design itself. We measure the room on site, IKEA's designers plan it, and you see the finished design before anything is ordered. Supply, shipping and fitting are quoted separately, once you are happy with the plan.
Can you do just one room?
Yes. One room is £199. Each room after the first is 20% off, so a kitchen and a bedroom together comes to £358.20.
Do I have to use IKEA products?
The service is built around the IKEA range: it is what the designers plan with, and what we ship and fit. If there is something you want that IKEA does not make, say so at the briefing stage and we will tell you honestly whether we can work it in.
How long does the whole thing take?
Typically four to six weeks from confirming the order to delivery in the Channel Islands. The design is done well before that; most of the wait is shipping and scheduling the fit.
Will I be charged UK VAT as well as GST?
No. We reclaim the UK VAT and charge shipping after the refund, so you are not paying tax twice. Jersey GST applies as normal.
Do you fit it, or only supply it?
Both, across Jersey. Fitting is quoted once the plan is confirmed, because what it takes depends on the room and on what is going into it.
