UK shopping delivered to Jersey
Order from any UK retailer and we bring it to your door. Here is the whole process.
Order all you want
Register for an account and you are given your own customer number. Shop with any UK retailer exactly as you normally would, and ask us for a quote whenever you want to know the cost first.
Deliver to our warehouse
Have the retailer send it to our Poole address, with your customer number on the delivery. Goods are received Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.
We ship to the Channel Islands
We consolidate, handle the customs paperwork and deliver to your door in Jersey. Goods are shipped at least weekly.
Your UK delivery address
Use this address when you order from a UK retailer. Replace the first line with your own name and customer number: without it, we cannot tell whose parcel has arrived.

Before you order
Four things worth knowing.
- VAT If you want a UK supplier to deduct/refund VAT on you, agree this with them before placing your order.
- GST Jersey GST may be payable on arrival, depending on the value of your goods.
- Restricted items Some items cannot be shipped at all. Check the restricted items list before you order.
- Awkward loads If your item is fragile, oversized or unusually heavy, tell us up front so we can pack and price it properly.
