What is my unique customer number?

You must include your unique customer number in first line of your address when shipping your package to us.

You can find your unique customer number by logging in and going to your dashboard, along with the full delivery address.

What is the UK delivery address?

How long will it take to receive my goods?

Once your goods are received from your supplier into our warehouse in Poole we aim to dispatch them with our next sailing, either every Thursday or Friday. We aim to arrange CI delivery a day after sailing, subject to Customs clearance. You will be required to declare the goods on a Customs GST website and paying GST as appropriate.

Can I claim VAT on the goods received in Jersey and Guernsey?

What happens if I cancel my order?

If the goods have already been accepted by our Poole warehouse, your supplier can still collect until the shipping date to Channel Islands . We will not charge you for a delivery to Jersey but may need to charge you an administration fee.

If your goods have been dispatched from Poole, you will have to pay to return them back to UK. Â Please contact our office for assistance if this is the case: info@wedeliver.je

What happens if my order is split into multiple deliveries by the retailer?

What happens if there is no one to receive the goods at the UK delivery address?

What happens if my item is bigger than originally paid for?

All items will be weighed on arrival in Poole and Jersey.Â If your delivery is larger than originally paid for, we will notify you and advise of the difference in cost.Â When the outstanding amount has been received, your item will be delivered.

In Guernsey and Jersey deliveries are only made when convenient time has been agreed with you.

Do you deliver IKEA orders?

We deduct the 20% VAT from the price you pay, add shipping costs of 20%, GST at 5% and add local delivery.

Fragile goods are items that are brittle, delicate and likely to break or expensive goods that are difficult to replace. And when it comes to shipping them, this makes things difficult.

Goods that fall into the fragile category include

No items are insured and are shipped at the ownerâ€™s risk.

Insurance can be added if you send as a e-mail to info@wedeliver.je with your details of shipment. Insurance starts from £25.00

As we can not see inside boxes to see if items are damage before delivery, we deliver takes no responsibility for any damages cause to items inside closed items.

UK Warehouse Directions?

Off the Ringwood Road,

If you are in the Albion Close with Screwfix on your right,

Go right onto the Ringwood Road, you will then see the Mitsubishi Garage, then indicate right,

You will then come to an entrance with a Chinese on your left, and the Mitsubishi Garage on your right.

Go down the lane into a big yard, you will then see Johnpipe. Go in-between the 2 building until you see an entrance to the warehouse on your right.
