You must include your unique customer number in first line of your address when shipping your package to us.

You can find your unique customer number by logging in and going to your dashboard, along with the full delivery address.

Once your goods are received from your supplier into our warehouse in Poole we aim to dispatch them with our next sailing, either every Monday or Thursday. We aim to arrange CI delivery a day after sailing, subject to Customs clearance. You will be required to declare the goods on a Customs GST website and paying GST as appropriate.

Only your supplier can remove VAT element from the original invoice. We provide proof of export on request.

All imports into Jersey are liable to GST (subject to de minimis). Please refer to the current GST guidance on States of Jersey website here. There is no GST in Guernsey.

We add an additional charge for any goods deemed to be dangerous goods eg. Lithium batteries. For a full list please see our “restricted items list”.

If the goods have already been accepted by our Poole warehouse, your supplier can still collect until the shipping date to Channel Islands . We will not charge you for a delivery to Jersey but may need to charge you an administration fee.

If your goods have been dispatched from Poole, you will have to pay to return them back to UK.  Please contact our office for assistance if this is the case: [email protected]

Goods are shipped as and when received.  Every delivery is charged separately.

Where possible please advise supplier to avoid backorders and split deliveries.

We are unable to carry the items on our “Restricted Items list”.

An insurance charge of £9.99 is available to provide cover up to the value of £750.00. Additional insurance can be arranged for higher value items.

In the first instance please contact your supplier to confirm when your items were delivered to our warehouse in Poole. Please contact us after 5 working days if you haven’t heard from us to arrange your local delivery. ( [email protected])

At our Poole address deliveries can be made Monday to Friday 09.00-16:00, so please notify your supplier about these delivery times

All items will be weighed on arrival in Poole and Jersey.  If your delivery is larger than originally paid for, we will notify you and advise of the difference in cost.  When the outstanding amount has been received, your item will be delivered.

In Guernsey and Jersey deliveries are only made when convenient time has been agreed with you.

We deduct the 20% VAT from the price you pay, add shipping costs of 20%, GST at 5% and add local delivery.
